Blenheim Shopping Centre – Dual Service contact award

Corporate Facilities Services are delighted to announce that we have successfully be awarded the dual service provisions contract at Blenheim Shopping Centre, Penge.

As part of the contract award Corporate Facilities Services reviewed the contract hours and duties onsite to provide a cost effective solution to increase productivity, service provisions and provide a significant cost reduction to the service charge.

As part of the contract Corporate Facilities Services will also over see the waste services.
