Hart Shopping Centre, Fleet award Cleaning & Security contract to Corpor@te Facilities Services

Corpor@te Facilities Services are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the dual service provisions for cleaning and security services at The Hart Shopping Centre, Fleet.

The Hart Shopping Centre is a community based shopping centre with over 40 high street brands such as waitrose, Costa Coffee, WH Smiths to name a selection along with a gym.

In addition The Hart Shopping Centre also has a multi-storey car park with over 500 parking spaces.

As part of the contract CFS will be conducting the following;

• daily manned guarding and patrolling of the centre and car park
• monitoring of CCTV
• customer service for all visitors and contractors onsite
• daily cleaning provisions of the centre, toilets and car park
• waste management
• office cleaning

As part of the contract CFS will be providing brand new state of the art cleaning machinery which include a sit on ride scrubber dryer, sit on ride sweeper, jani vac and CFS 3D our purpose built patrolling, monitoring and reporting system.
