Contract Award – Market Centre, Bilston

Corpor@te Facilities Services Ltd are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the cleaning contract at The Market Centre following a competitive tender process which included 5 national providers of support services.

Located in the heart of Bilston town centre,  The Market Centre is the dominant retail destination with 26 retail units including Boots, Superdrug & Peacocks.

As part of our contract agreement Corpor@te Facilities Services Ltd has provided state of the art cleaning technology such as a scrubber dryer and onsite chewing gum removal machinery.

Other added benefits include providing the centre with branded uniform to assist with raising the centre’s brand awareness and also highlighting the onsite team to members of the public that may require assistance.

In addition we are also utilising our tailored made software package CFS 3D which assist the managing agents with key information and onsite reporting in real time that can be reviewed any time at any location.
